https://coinmarketcap.com/ search the name of your token and check the market tab to see the list of exchanges having the token you want to sell.
Well, not all of the existing tokens are listed there as it requires that a token should have $100k as the overall value of its daily trading.
And I guess that OP is a bounty or airdrop hunter, so he wants to sell some new tokens that are not yet listed there. (Because if he bought his tokens with money, he would for sure know where to sell them)
So just go to a coin telegram group and ask whether a coin is already listed anywhere.
