Well, not all of the existing tokens are listed there as it requires that a token should have $100k as the overall value of its daily trading.
And I guess that OP is a bounty or airdrop hunter, so he wants to sell some new tokens that are not yet listed there. (Because if he bought his tokens with money, he would for sure know where to sell them)

So just go to a coin telegram group and ask whether a coin is already listed anywhere.

yes, not all tokens are listed in coinmarketcap. or check on the blockfolio mobile apps, sometimes there is a token that doesn't listed coinmarketcap but listed in blockfolio. as long as the coin is there the market seems to be in the blockfolio.
