I'm not a professional trader but IMO I think to find out good time to buy we need to take a look at price chart and trading volume as well. I don't know how to analyze the price chart so I only often focus on trading volume ). If there will be a suddenly changing in trading volume of any cryptocurrency in any exchange, I think it's a good signal and it might be the right time buy
