you can sell and buy bitcoins immediately on exchanges. There is already a huge liquidity in bitcoin markets, so it will take no time for your order to fill, unless you choose some limit orders

you can sell it to a trusted exchanger, such as bittrex, poloniex, liqui, binance, hitbtc, and more. for the time being, it's not so hard to sell the bitcoin we have, because it's available to be a happy assorted exchanger.
