This means that at a later date whoever send you the paypal for your Bitcoin would be able to take their money back. I know the risk thats why I am going to do several verification before start a trade. Everybody who tried to cheat or scam me, will miss this gold mine opportunity to earn good money for long term. You know its not easy to convert paypal with btc nowadays.
