Im not sure if there's an existing site like that. Most responses here to you was sites for an upcoming ICO and not about those certain coins that will be scheduled to start trading on exchanges. Coinschedule just list some ICO's too.

Project nowadays are not giving ETA's for exchange listing. If that is an ERC20 token surething it will be listed on Forkdelta but for centralized exchange it will takes time. So in here the best wat to is to keep updated by the happenings of a certain project via joining their connection like Telegram, ANN Thread or social media. You can also follow exchanges twitter accounts as they are doing tweets once they list a certain coins.

You can look here: https://coinmarketcap.com/new/ for newly added coins on CMC. Since it's updated you won't be late if you want to joined the action. Just head on the Market tab once you select a coin if you want to find out on what exchanges it was being traded.
