Limits are there, But they are going to be removed as soon as admin is going to fill up all the coins balances in faucethub , don't worry , just keep updated with btalk post/site and you will know when you can withdraw all what you earned but first he has to ban all the people that are claimed to be hackers with balances of like 30 btc(never impossible ) so let the admin do his work and soon , you will be able to withdraw what you earned , again, only honest people will be able to do it , hackers will get a ban.
