Gustavo is asking you to provide him IP and to reveal your accounts, it sounds like they are not sure and without these information it doesn't explain why did they block your account.
Also, IP can give false positive result. Undecided

So I simply replied that those are not mine, and I don't know them...
Hope it goes well, because to me it seems that they will say that all those accounts are mine now.
