Bitcoin ATM for what purpose? I think it is difficult to do that because you will put your bitcoin in atm and you need a bank to do that. Also, that ATM can't be used in any shops or store because none as of these days accept bitcoin as payment.

for the exchange with fiat money, I think that is a good idea because if bitcoin grows rapidly in all countries in the world then the speed of transaction is needed

That's a good idea though, however in my own point of view I guess there's no need for us to use an atm because first of all bitcoin is not a bank and it is very impossible to gain access to it, second, we can easily access our funds by just depositing it to oir bank electronically that way we can access our funds through the banks atm.
