I just tried again and I can play it as well but yet I do not understand about this game again. I tried 2 times, first when I choose 4x payout in the end I only get 0.7 and the next game I choose exactly the same payout and get zero payout. I can play but never really understand how this is going, may be OP should explain it

I tried it again and it worked!

Base on what I understand, you have to click the number and guess if there's an eye with prize. You might find the eye but it's also possible that it doesn't have prize included so you better click the number that has eye + surprise behind.
