do a traceroute; see where the hop goes stale....

try a static dns like 1.1.1.1....

Some ideas =)

a. DNS resolves to correct IP (198.50.152.135), so it isn't DNS problem.
b. "Destination port unreachable." response indicates some problems on end system, anyway tracert looks like this:

10 33 ms 33 ms 33 ms 94.23.122.240
11 * * * Request timed out.
12 112 ms 112 ms 112 ms 213.251.128.1
13 * * * Request timed out.
14 198.50.152.135 reports: Destination protocol unreachable.

Looks like your IP is banned.

What software/OS are you using to mine?
