If they start labeling cryptocoins like ETH and Ripple as illegal and unlicensed securities now, they will go to a place where they are welcome in any case, and America be left behind from all the cryptospace's developments.

It's a bitch moved if the news is true. And there are no recourse from US innovators but to really move out and settle for a crypto friendly countries wherein they can do their work without being harassed by the government from behind, like Switzerland and the 3 Baltic nations who pledges support for blockchain technology.
