Regarding the rate, please understand we are a green-hand in the market and still figuring out the appropriate standard to make sure our contributors be respected given that they are from different countries.

Well, as long as the reason is to respect people and not to exploit people, then I am down with that. A lot of the first world countries seem to disrespect/exploit people from 3rd world countries, by paying them less for the same work that are done. You even find that advertisers pay less for exposure to people, based on location.

I work on contract for a first world country in Africa and I see exploitation of these people on a daily basis when I work there, so it is one of my major concerns, with projects like this.
