I am also in a similar situation. My withdrawal of 750 mBTC has been pending now for 2 months. Contacting the live chat or support email is of no use, since they just keep saying things like "we will do our best to proceed with the withdrawal as soon as possible". This is what they said over a month ago here:

I do not understand how it can take such a long time just to check that bets were placed correctly. I already managed to withdraw 625 mBTC from the same deposit and that worked smoothly without any problems. But after I requested the 750 mBTC withdrawal they suddenly have to investigate the bets for 2 months.

thats very bad though with such long pending for cashout . @BTC_Spin told me not to worry , now im really worry will i be able to get mine 3 pending cashout . in the beginning (joined on late february) @BTC_Spin did help me with most of the pending withdrawal , last week i got a PM from him saying now he cant do it anymore "decided that I cannot help to fasten withdrawals for players from now.
Because of my interactions, it can become a mess with our payment system" . so does it means that all pending status will be stuck on site or who else can we sort out with payments issue ?
i agree too , their support unable to do anything which related to payments issue .. they'll just telling you to wait or all the requests are being processed by our financial specialists manually, on the "first come - first served" basis.
wondering any users cashout successfully for the past 2 weeks , cos now @BTC_Spin not so active like before . only came in here once in a week for this past 2 week .

im asking this becos theres no reasons for pending users fund for such long period which is totally different from your 1st thread stating cashout fast, within 48 hours .

Regular withdrawals proceed in that period of time that you have stated but, as i mentioned earlier we've got some of them that are under our investigation.
