what is good is that even if I didn't gave red flag to O.S university I still get the reward so it's really nice. I don't know if that change something to my rate ranking but doesn't really care.

Whether you flagged O.S.University or not , it will not affect your FR as they cancelled the forecast on their own. You can read why here.

Also, had you flagged it, and less than 51% of others did, your FR would only be affected if it had moved to the crowdfunding stage.

At that point, If your reward wound up being 0, your FR would only decrease if you claimed your reward that was worth nothing.
