In the past I've had no problems claiming coins from forks (BTG & BCH), but this time around things are getting odd. If it shows 0.26btcp available it is probably because you had 0.26 btc at the time of the fork. Fork happened at 511346. block for btc. If you had your btc's on an exchange before the fork and moved them to your address after the fork, then you won't be able to claim those forkcoins.
