I agree with this one. Market is not available at all time in every marketplace while some markets are open if they have customers or not and other markets aren't open because they open their market by schedule. I think that money never sleeps is true. Why? Money is always used around the world, it may be fiat or digitial (decentralized or centralized) as you can see.
