I don't have a screenshot of the file infected to me as my computer is offline and evidence for the police.

I sincerely think that you should have something more concrete if you want to prove your case, also since the police is investigating your case; let's wait for a preliminary report and upload that here. Otherwise, this does look like a lame ass attempt. Sad
