If a set +600 (or 0*700) with GOD my hashrate dont change: 35 Mhs.

Try to test in P0 state, use nvidiaProfileInspector to go to P0, set Cuda force P2 to off

If you have several cards it s better to start mem tuning from default

I bet hes on luniux, the p 0 state issue has long been resloved on win 10 with 391+ drivers
