Is there a logical reason when it is convenient to use Proportional or PPS? It may be influenced about how many Ghs I use?

A reason for this question is about last automatic transaction. Now I'm using PPS and last transaction is not recognised by the network. Is there a reason? Is there someone with technical info that may explain me where is the problem? I don't think a Ddos may be the cause... Is my opinion right?

I guess a DDoS could be a problem in that it'd cause deepbit hashrate to drop even more.

I don't think they include proper fees for their transactions, which causes other nodes to reject?

So you have to wait for deepbit to get a block
