We have been using this little tool to completely disable Windows Updates for the past ~year or so now. Oh I figured you were talking about for farms. It's just blocked from my entire network. Don't wanna have to manually do anything to each new/reimaged W10 machine.

with 10 or more machines it would be a lot of work your way is the easier way.
