Holding is probably bullshit if you hold lower quality coins. I think holding coins in the top 10 are pretty safe plays. Having an exit strategy is also important too. My mistake when I first started was holding for too long. The initial strategy of holding done me well but you need to know when to sell or have a target at least!

If you keep coins from the top 10, then this is certainly safe, but you would certainly receive a profit much less than if you invested in new projects.
