I do not usually trade here but it is a safe exchange. Many people have submitted verification documents and have been approved very quickly, so you should contact the supportter soon.

Verified so quickly mean the support is good and fast but its not the only reference to say whether the exchange is good or not.
Why dont you try othet exchange like bittrex or binance? I prefer that exchange rather than above exchange which has no good enough reputation.
