That was exactly why most of newbie and some trader lose there money simply because they lose the patience when it comes to do trading. I think the best way in trading is invest only that enough to your budjet and dont go all in because if you need some you cant sell your holding tokens and coins in a lower price just to fill your daily expences.

And it is also not possible for novices to not lose their senses during high and prolonged fluctuations. Patience is not that someone can learn without knowledge. I do not blame newbies and novices when it comes to being impatient on trading. Everyone has to start from somewhere and from that mistake, they must learn on how to avoid it. They must learn on how to avoid such careless mistake in the future.
