What about the other tons of BItcoin (~~shit~~) hard forks that happened until now? Bitcoin Cash was not only a Bitcoin hard fork, but some kind of "split" from the community, thus they knew BCH trades would have a big volume and a loyal community.

I am thinking what did the other exchanges do on those many bitcoin forks that weren't distributed on its client holders. There were too many and Bittrex has the most as they only distributed BCH and BTG. Binance at least did well compared to others.
