He come bitcointalk only for join bounty and earn money by bounty. Please ban such as spammer. This kind of spammer and shitposter hit the reputation of this forum.

What's wrong with just participating in the bounties ? The bounty section exists for a reason.The fact that he can never rank up in the forum is a well deserved punishment for not posting on the other sections.He is not going to get any merits for the bounty related stuff unless of course he cheats them.

They can.Depending on the level on the spam though.
