Ukyo lowered just the withdraw limit of BitFunder and not for WeExchange. I have 0.03359969 stuck there. When (if) he fix the current WeExchange withdraw problems (for amounts grater then 0.1) he should then lower the limit for WeExchange also. The other possible option when/if all current withdraw problems are fixed, but if the limit is not lowered you can send 0.005563 to make them 0.1.
