And this is funny because we know that the latter choice is not available. There are no legal remedy in this forum, the highest that exist is the red tag and that to me isn't legal but hard punishment which could either be correct to the offense or merely punishing an innocent member. It can be legal where convincing evidences are proven beyond reasonable doubt in a constituted panel or a court.

Therefore, someone should ensure he/she does what is good and have a personal protection of themselves.
