What do you mean by that? That when Bitcoin has a high price that is the time when it gets rare? No, Bitcoin become more popular when its price go up the reason we can't call it rare. But if Bitcoin is really rare and I have some good amount of it maybe a hundred, that will bring me a lot of fortune. A lot of people want something rare and they will pay you a good price just to buy it from you.
