As for the actual price, depends to some extent on this week's dividends, due in about 12 hours

it's reasonable that bidders should collaborate to get "cheap" shares, but interestingly, bidders always competent for each other. Anyway, it's fun to observe,interesting game.

Auction will never exist if bidders can collaborate.
