No, nobody is in direct contact with me, let alone any 'specialists'. Since the very beginning, since last Friday, I have only received ONE generic email signed by 'Scott' saying that everything is taken care of, without even acknowledging my problem, even though everything was explained in the quote section attached to the email. Apparently nobody had read what I had written in my support tickets. Saying that everything is all right is nothing but joking. They agree it is very absurd of Cloudbet to have taken the risk of unlawfully withholding a lousy amount of less than 2 grands. This might very well be the cheapest ever scam attempt in the world of unlicensed bookies with the most expensive consequences.
