Basically your plan is to gather over 16 million USD by the end of stage 3, but based on your whitepaper diagram you won't even have a registered company or a wallet at that point. So, let's say you get 2 million by the end of June, you still won't have the wallet by then and you won't have a registered company or an office, while holding 2 million USD in donations. That looks like a joke to me, unless there's something that I'm missing.
