Internal tests are always done first. Open beta testing is a good thing because you get a biger number of testers and can cover more ground that way.

I guess some bonuses or vouchers are the usual awards for the people that are using platform in BETA stage.

Right now we're not doing rewards for beta testers, we're just choosing community members who want to help us develop the best possible system for launch!
