With under 15 activity, you will have a 360 second time limit between each post.
Also, after you login, you also need to wait 360 second to make a post.

I wasn't aware of the 6 minutes after login rule. I didn't see that one. Must be blind. That is most likely my problem. Log in, try to post, doesn't work, come back in a couple weeks and try again. It never says I have to wait after login. Only that I need to wait after a post. Well, if this post posts, then I guess we got to the root of my problem. Thanks!
