Just video tape him or get an audio recording of him admitting he is smoking weed by saying "Hey dude you smoke hash bro? Mind if I get a bit bra?" and he'll say "yeh dud ur a stunar 2? wuw join da club bra 420 4 da wen"

And then you'll be like "Sure but let me use the bathroom first" and that's when you dial 911 and say, I have evidence of person smoking weed and it wreaks, come over and arrest him.

Haha, you don't go to jail for smoking weed in this country; it's not America. And I don't want police involved, nor would I want him to go to jail. He might be a fuck-up of a father, but kids need their parents. I know he'll probably just laugh if I ask him not to do it or go somewhere I can't smell it. Might ask his next door neighbour if she finds it such a problem, because I know she doesn't like it, but is she prepared to say something or second my thoughts? I may go round and see. I don't have an issue with any drug use as long as it's not negatively affecting any one else, but it is; he's neglecting his child and waking me the fuck up at 6AM making me feel sick.
