We'll launch the app after the ICO, but prior to that we should install our search modules in the chosen cities. This task is #1 on our to-do list. An app is more like an addition.

and what are the cities? is there already a list of selected cities? can i find them out? Do you plan to distribute the project to other places?

Yes, the list is on our website, in the roadmap section. We've picked 8 cities to start with, 2 in Russia, 2 in Italy, 2 in France and 2 in the UK. After deploying SurruS in these 8 cities, we'll go further.
