Back the point, unfortunately, this link doesn't give any details about the company, it just show that ATLANTIS BLUE SRL is active, I was looking to certificate of incorporation where I can know who is the owner of the company also to know the date and other details.

Well, there were too many ICOs that tried to sell some craps, and your one is also from these kind - I do not believe that you get success here with your methodology. Try better kickstar or something else - or sell your stupid stones as you did in the past since 1970 - Your project does not need any ICO or Blockchain - you just try to get money that's all.
