So why is the mBTC divided by a comma(,), and the USD divided by a full-stop(.)?
Very confusing for everybody, both European and US.
Just use no separator, much clearer.
It's not that way.
In English:
- Comma (",") is for thousand: 1,000 = One thousand.
- Dot (",") is for decimals: 0.5 = A half.
One thousand fifty and a half = 1,050.5
Thas's the notation Bitcoinity always uses.
