This is not a mining machine, but a gaming computer. Why buy Core i7 for mining? These investments in mining will never pay off.
If I were to build a gaming computer, I would take Core i5 and GTX 1070 instead of Core i7 and AMD RX 580. And instead of 128GB SSD I would take SSD M.2. It is not much more expensive, but much faster.

Oh thank you for your suggestions, i got too much information by starting this post. I also google it but get some useful replies from you my seniors, I thought core I7 can be the good one for mining but i think this doesn't matter for mining but can be good for gaming. GTX 1070 is much costly here in my country. I will try to get the one for me soon.
