your explanation is so unclear that I find it hard to explain, when your account was hacked how it started and how is it possible if you use double security.

No one will answer to his because already he maintained double security but how can the hacker steal your money. It means maybe the person clicked the phishing link and this might be chance for the hackers to steal the coins in ERC20 wallets.

he is right until now it is impossible for someone to get someone else's private key unless they are cracked by mengklick the pising link
