I have check my address from the block explorer。
This transport is failed and the coinexchange's tips wallect have no send them.
It is because when I withdraw my coins their hot wallect have no enough coins so it failed.
I have commit to the coinexchange's supporter system。
But 3 weeks have past, they just only say wait for this tx.
As we know the tips node is very fast,they just don't want to resent my coins.
That is unusual. What is the wallet public address? I can send a few tips to it to check it.
