Because these investors had already put their trust in bitcoin and had seen bitcoin in its worst and darkest moment yet it stand proud and loud. So whatever will happen today or tomorrow they still hold bitcoin until it reach to a value where everyone can't afford it.

And if these investors dump their holdings, probably bitcoin will be in huge dump.

As for me changes is the only permanent in crypto world because all coins are volatile and I think volatility brings opportunity to every trader and investor to be profitable because if bitcoin is stable and have a stagnant value then no more wants to buy it and people will preferably go on altcoin investment to trade it into bitcoin, but certainly volatility is a crypto world challenges.
