Now many of the projects' ICO are accepted by ETH. When they are finished with ICO, they will sell the ETH. I think that, in the long run, the price of ETH will always be weak, and it will be difficult to get a higher price. Do you agree with me? Please talk about your ideas below.

I do not think that. The development team will not immediately sell the ETH they have mobilized. They need to develop the project and that means they have to hold onto ETH and sell it only when needed.
