I do not think that. The development team will not immediately sell the ETH they have mobilized. They need to develop the project and that means they have to hold onto ETH and sell it only when needed.

Only fake projects dump eth earned after ico
But I also believe the eth earned are used to pay the staffs and also provide for more of what is needed in the course of the program

Eth price depends on a lot of factors and not just ico investors or ico itself
