There are 2 main questions here:
1) WIll your fix annual interest rate of 6.5% lifetime or you may change it one day? When you decide that investors get too much, on your opinion...
2) Any real proofs of your connection with all these real-world companies? Can you provide your registrations docs/ licenses and so on?
1) For the Orlando project, the interest rate is fixed, since the mortgage contracts were based on this value. For the future projects (Las Vegas etc.), we cannot say an exact value right now since we do not have the mortgage papers, but we would expect that it is close to this percentage, if not the same. Interest payment will not be for a lifetime, it will be for 30 years because of the mortgage contract duration. I realized that it is not directly stated in the whitepaper, so will be added (and thanks!).
