You are right and if we look at the market it is not that high I mean it is no low as well but not high too, that it can be high once again but we will have to be patience and let the price high but if you have money no need to wait anymore as buy now as later on it will become expensive to buy, then gradually it will keep on moving high and it will take more than2 3 years to get low again so buy now dont lose the opportunity.
