Yes they still have a potential to reach at least a half of hard cap. Still have more than 25 days more and Utrum have big potential community.

I believe in that potential of the Utrum project to kick its tail to make reach its hard cap. Maybe its too hard for the time left for the team but there is no impossible in everything.
