Кто хранит Neo на Ledger Nano? Слышал были ситуации, когда при обновлении по монеты сгорали, и восстановить нельзя было.
Такое невозможно в принципе, если ваши средства не украли то "сгореть" они никак не могли. Средства хранятся в блокчейне, там ничего не сгорает. Дайте ссылку где вы "слышали" про эти ситуации, и можно будет говорить предметно. Единственный способ, как с аппаратным кошельком они могли "сгореть", это если с самим кошельком что-то случилось (сломался или с софтом проблемы или еще что), а кодовые слова для восстановления утеряны - ну тогда действительно средства как бы "сгорели". Но это же с любым кошельком так.

I did this same process 2 months ago. Sent 2 Neo. Showed up just fine. Went back in to the wallet. My address changed and my Neo have been gone ever since. After doing an internet search I see that this has happened to a lot of people. Any advice? Thanks.

My private key stopped working too, I put in my encrytpted key address and pass phrase and was able to access my account that way

I lost all my neo despite the balance showing as positive after following the instructions. When I returned to my wallet...zero balance and no transaction history...not sure what to do as others have had a similar problem with no recourse.

I did the same, upgraded latest nano s firmware, now all my neo and gas are gone. it seems like nano has created a new neon wallet. and the old one is gone. have you found a solution?...

No Nestor...NEO have been extremely unhelpful although they write back saying they want to help, then...nothing. I accused them of being robots as their replies are ridiculous. They keep suggesting downloading a new wallet which I have done about 3 times. Any questions I ask them are ignored. I'm getting angry because I see NEO price climbing and I have no balance or transaction history! NANO say it is NEO problem, NEO say it's NANO!
