People would be happy with a working card, whether old-fashioned or not. And when the customers are happy and the business is going, then they can spend their time pioneering whatever they want.
For now, whatever you say, whatever good intention you have, people will continue to complain. And they're right: TenX doesn't have a working product (for which they've got ICO money and the money people has spent to buy the card).
