These (and others) experts have been mistaken so much times so I doubt it is reasonable to trust to them at all. The previous "to-the-moon" dates were "The Spring", "Lunar New Year", "Tax-day in US", "Consensus 2018" and so on. So now it is "the end of the year"? Hehehe
